If you are ordering isopods, springtails, or plants and the current temperature at your location exceeds 85 degrees or falls below 45 degrees, we will redirect your shipment to the nearest shipping hub.

Once your package has been dispatched from our facility and is in the hands of the shipping provider, we are unable to control its transit until delivery is completed.
