Isopod Substrate

 Premium isopod substrate. Hand mixed and inspected for quality. Mixed, bagged and frozen for 48 hours to eliminate any hitchhikers. 

This isopod substrate has been tested and approved by our entire collection! Retains moisture yet doesn’t get too bogged down. Offers plenty of food sources for your pods and springtails. 

Bag sizes: 

One quart bag ( +/- 2lbs) - A one quart bag is typically enough to set up a single enclosure or to amend an established one.

One gallon bag ( +/- 5lbs) - A single one gallon bag is typically enough substrate to set up 3 to 4 smaller 6 quart bins or 1 to 2 larger 12-15 quart.
